Fedora 4下shell切换的问题

字体大小: 中小 标准 ->行高大小: 标准 中 大

[root@weiwei root] echo $SHELL

/bin/bash

[root@weiwei root] csh

[root@weiwei ~] echo $SHELL

/bin/bash

为什么换不了shell啊？

换shell命令执行后只是根目录发生变化，shell却没有变化

我用的是Fedora 4
